Digital smile design

At minemal, we utilize digital smile design, an innovative technique in cosmetic dentistry.

This method employs digital technology to plan and preview the anticipated outcome of a smile transformation before commencing any procedures. By integrating 3D imaging and computer-aided design, we analyze your facial structure and dental features to craft a personalized smile enhancement tailored to you.

Our goal is to enhance your individual identity by creating a naturally fitting smile, and this service is seamlessly integrated into treatments focused on improving aesthetics.

Smile design isn’t a separate request—it's automatically included whenever improving aesthetics is a treatment goal.

Smile prototype

Smile simulation: After the digital smile design, we are able to convert it into something more tangible.

A smile prototype is a technique used in cosmetic dentistry to visually demonstrate the potential outcome of a smile makeover directly within the patient’s mouth. It involves creating temporary restorations or prototypes that mimic the desired changes to the teeth and smile.

These mockups allow patients to see and feel how their new smile will look and function before committing to any permanent treatments. It’s a valuable tool for both dentists and patients to ensure alignment between expectations and results, leading to greater satisfaction with the final outcome of the dental work.

Veneers

Porcelain veneers, on the other hand, offer a tried-and-tested solution for smile enhancement, focusing on durability, aesthetics, and natural integration with the existing teeth. These veneers are crafted from high-quality ceramics, providing vibrant, lifelike colors and seamless blending with natural teeth. With their permanent color change and minimal tooth preparation requirements, porcelain veneers offer a long-lasting and minimally invasive option for achieving a radiant smile tailored to individual preferences.

Porcelain veneers

3D printed hybrid veneers represent an innovative blend of affordability and quality, utilizing a combination of porcelain and resin materials. This hybrid approach streamlines production, making veneers more accessible to a wider range of patients without compromising on aesthetics or durability. The customization options afforded by 3D printing ensure each veneer is tailored to precise specifications, resulting in a perfect fit and an enhanced smile, all at a reduced cost compared to traditional methods.

Dental implants

Dental implants serve as the foundation of oral health and aesthetics in the absence of natural teeth.

Our methodology emphasizes the precise positioning of dental implants and their optimal placement within the treatment process. Leveraging state-of-the-art digital technology, our surgeries are meticulously planned and simulated digitally. This meticulous planning enables the creation of surgical guides, particularly beneficial for complex cases, ensuring surgical precision, predictability, and safety.

We specialize in advanced tissue reconstruction techniques, prioritizing the restoration of tissue and bone architecture. This approach ensures long-term stability, as well as seamless biological and aesthetic integration of the implants.

All-on-X

When you’ve lost or have no hope for your teeth, All-on-X offers a fresh start.

This technique uses implants to restore both the appearance and functionality that you’ve lost. "All-on-X" means restoring all teeth on x (certain number of implants) with two options: minimal and optimal. Minimal involves using four implants, typically chosen when there’s severe bone loss to avoid extensive reconstruction. Optimal means using six implants for the lower and upper jaw.

We meticulously plan every surgery, focusing on precision and control over every detail. Our dedication to detail includes using computer-aided guides and advanced planning techniques. This approach transforms a good surgeon into an exceptional one, ensuring they always follow a thorough plan with the time and attention to detail necessary for success.

Periodontal disease treatment

Periodontal disease can be caused by various factors, including bacteria, genetics, habits (like smoking or poor hygiene), and dental issues (such as infected roots or bad dental work).

Symptoms may include gum inflammation and bleeding, bad taste or breath, loose teeth, and receding gums. We diagnose the underlying cause and address contributing factors through lifestyle changes, bite correction, and science-backed treatments.
/07

Soft tissue grafts

A gingival graft is a delicate procedure where we move healthy gum tissue to cover areas where the gum has receded or is thin.

This helps support dental implants or fix areas damaged by gum disease or injury.

A gum graft may be necessary to protect your teeth from the damaging effects of gum recession, or you may choose to have one to improve the appearance of your smile.

Guided surgery

Surgical guides are used in dental cases for safety and precision.

These guides, created through digital planning and 3D printing, ensure optimal results by aligning with the final design and patient’s CBCT scans. Guided surgery minimizes risks and complications, particularly in challenging cases, while reducing trauma to soft tissues.

This approach promotes faster healing, improved post-operative comfort, and predictable results.

Dental crowns

We strongly advocate for minimally invasive dentistry, which is why we avoid recommending dental crowns unless absolutely necessary, such as when replacing an old crown.

Dental crowns, require removing a significant portion of the tooth, potentially weakening it.

Instead, we prefer using inlays or onlays whenever possible, as they help preserve more of the natural tooth structure. It’s important to be cautious because some clinics use both crowns and veneers interchangeably- crowns are not veneers!

INLAYS and ONLAY

Dental crowns are becoming less necessary as inlays and onlays are now replacing them.

Inlays and onlays are conservative restorative treatments used for repairing teeth with damage or decay. Inlays fit within the cusps of the tooth, while onlays cover a larger area, including one or more cusps.

Made from materials like porcelain or composite resin, they are custom-made to match the natural tooth color and are bonded to the tooth for strength and durability. Inlays and onlays preserve more of the natural tooth structure compared to dental crowns, offering benefits such as maintaining tooth integrity, providing long-lasting results, enhancing aesthetics, and preserving the strongest part of your tooth—the enamel.

Orthodontics

Orthodontic treatments offer solutions for a range of issues including tooth misalignment, improper bites and play a pivotal role in enhancing aesthetic outcomes in dentistry.

They are often combined with other treatments to address complex cases or facilitate minimally invasive dentistry.

The Minemal approach adopts a centralized design that maximizes the aesthetic, biological, and functional potential of the treatment. This method ensures consistency and coherence throughout the treatment journey.

Fixing crowded teeth

Dental crowding is a common problem where teeth are not aligned right. When teeth are crowded, it’s tough to keep them clean.

This can increase bacteria and plaque, leading to various dental issues. In turn, these problems can impact your general health. So, it’s crucial to treat crowding in your teeth for better oral and overall health.

There are various dental crowding treatment options. It’s key to address this issue with the right treatment. This ensures your teeth become healthy and straight and Minemal here to help you.

Aligners

We offer alternative solutions If the thought of wearing braces concerns you from an aesthetic standpoint. Many orthodontic treatments now offer the option of using clear, removable aligners instead of traditional brackets.

These aligners are virtually invisible and cater to adults seeking discreet orthodontic treatment.

Gummy smile

If you’re concerned about a gummy smile and exploring treatment options, it’s possible that your teeth are actually of proper length, but are obscured by excessive gum tissue.

This can be treated in a couple of ways, by performing a crown lengthening and/or gingivectomy.
The crown lengthening procedure improves the underlying bone structure while a gingivectomy involves contouring the gums. Most patients require both a gingivectomy and a crown lengthening for longer lasting and predictable outcomes.
/15

Crown lengthening

Depending on the relationship between the bone and the teeth, we may need to modify the bone level and adjust the gums to enhance the smile. Crown lengthening focuses on reshaping the bone to achieve a lasting improvement in appearance.

In crown lengthening procedures, surgical guides play a vital role, particularly for front teeth. Prior to the procedure, we utilize digital software and 3D scans for precise planning. This technology assists us in determining the exact areas to contour the gum and bone during the surgery, resulting in predictable and precise outcomes.
/16

Prepless veneers

Prepless veneers require zero surface alterations, preserving the integrity of your original tooth structure. It serves as a great solution in a full-mouth reconstruction cases.

No need to eliminate any healthy tooth material. Instead, we can strengthen and build up worn down teeth by adding additive veneers on their surface. If the tooth is in good health and we’re looking to improve shape or alignment, a prepless approach can be very successful in upgrading your smile.

Composites

Composites are the best way to treat caries due to their versatility and aesthetic appeal.

Our commitment to aesthetics perfection ensures their lasting quality through meticulous attention to isolation, precision, and adhesion. Beyond the functional benefits, composite restorations offer a minimally invasive solution that not only improves aesthetics but also enhances the overall harmony of the smile.

Bleaching

Teeth bleaching offers a non-invasive way to enhance the brightness of your smile.

The effectiveness of bleaching can vary based on individual tooth structure, typically resulting in shades 2−3 times brighter on average. This procedure is suitable for patients of any age with natural, healthy teeth. The results of bleaching generally last between 2 to 5 years, contingent upon individual dietary habits

Root canal treatments

The aim of a root canal treatment is to save a tooth from extraction.

When a cavity progresses beyond a simple filling, it indicates that the infection has reached the tooth’s nerve. Cleaning the tooth’s canal where the nerve is situated helps eliminate the infection and is vital for preserving the tooth. We use CBCT imaging to accurately locate and clean the root canal, ensuring successful treatment.

It’s important to note that root canal treatment is not as frightening as it may seem. We take every measure to ensure your comfort, including thorough numbing so you won’t feel any discomfort during the procedure. Your well-being and a pain-free experience are our top priorities.
An initial consultation is necessary to have a correct evaluation of the treatment and procedures required to restore the health and aesthetics of your teeth
We do comprehensive treatment planning for all of our patients. Treatment plans are highly individualized, and based on 2 factors: numbers of teeth restored and complexity.
